Are you having trouble connecting to an Exchange account using ActiveSync after upgrading to IOS 6?

What is Exchange 2010 Hybrid Edition? I thought there were only two editions – Standard and Enterprise. This is the question that came through today.

I got an email today asking me as to how long the upgrade from Exchange 2010 to SP2 should take. The Exchange admin who sent me the email mentioned that the process was too “slow” for him and was wondering what the issue was.

I will try to clarify the confusion out there about the execution policy that should be in place for a successful upgrade of Exchange 2010+ to SP2. The Microsoft KB article is not fully correct
