The Exchange Team has released update rollup 2 for Exchange 2010 SP3.

This update rollup does not apply to Exchange Server 2010 RTM, SP1 or SP2. You should have atleast Exchange 2010 SP3 running.

    posts and Blogs , I would like to get your suggestion on a
    particular task which i have presently , In my organisation i have
    a Exchange Server 2010 installed on Win2008 R2 DC (GC and FSMO role holder), also i got a
    ADC on Win2003 R2 Server for the same Domain , My task is to move
    Exchange 2010 from DC to a new Member server (Win2008 R2) without loosing mail
    boxes and present configuration ,Kindly guide me with the steps to achieve this task .

      Hi Sameer,

      Install Exchange 2010 on a member server, same build as what you have now. All roles.
      Export and import certificates from existing certificate.
      Update your edge/antispam solution to send incoming emails to the new server
      Configure send and receive connector so that new server handles email traffic.
      Re-point NLB/ load balancer / router to pass 443 traffic to the new server.
      Move mailboxes finally, testing with a few first.
