In Exchange 2007, the only tab that we have in a resource mailbox properties is the “Resource Information” and only resource capacity & a custom property could be set in EMC. The custom property has to be created using the shell in the first place.
In Exchange 2010, administrators have been given a number of tabs and options to be set using the EMC.
