Microsoft has released the different versions of Server 2012. And boy there are surprises!

There is no more Small Business Server in 2012 editions. It has been replaced by Foundation (15 user limit) and Essentials (25 user limit). The Enterprise edition which all are familiar with is gone as well. There is only Standard and Datacenter editions in 2012.

      Server core is a way of installing a Windows Server. Not an edition.
